Here we go again, another massively delayed blog post to go alongside my massively delayed podcast. Patience is a virtue, so they say!

Once again, if you haven’t already, go and listen to episode 2 first, then come back here for all the bits relevant to my ramblings.

Box Art

This is a bit more like it! I mean, it’s still pretty basic, but it’s eye catching, and the back of the box is nice and tidy and much easier to look at than 3 Ninjas Kick Back. I really like the logo for this game too. I went into how well the description delivered in this episode, so I won’t go into it again, but the elf comment still makes me laugh.

Wrap Up

I think I managed to find more reviews for this months later, so that’s nice! I did really enjoy this game, I am a big fan of JRPGs and this did do enough differently to make it engaging throughout, but it fell down on a few bits that I mention in the episode. Frustrating because it had the potential to be great, but I stick by my 3 star review for this one. Solid game, would probably play again, but it would have to be a slightly patched version to get the most enjoyment out of it. If only there were a spoony bard in it.
