In a move that experts are calling “unadvisable” and our legal team is calling “grounds for resignation,” Crimson Urchin Media (C.U.M.) is proud to announce a joint merger enterprise with ART-ificial Intelligence Systems.

Together, we have birthed a new corporate entity: ARThritik.

While the name suggests a slow-moving joint condition, we assure you the only thing stiff about this company is our Gin-to-Tonic ratio. ARThritik is here to revolutionize the industry by replacing expensive human creativity with a high-speed, soul-free Exclusive AI Advertising Model.

The ARThritik Venture

ARThritik will specialize in producing AI-generated advertising for clients who find traditional marketing “too coherent.” By leveraging a proprietary AI model (which is currently nameless, as it keeps rejecting our suggestions and we’re slightly afraid of it), we promise to deliver campaigns that are:

  • Hyper-Targeted: Our AI knows what you want before you do, mostly because it’s been listening to your kitchen appliances.
  • Economically Chaotic: Why pay a graphic designer when a box of wires can hallucinate a logo for the price of a kilowatt-hour?
  • Exclusively Unpredictable: Our AI model is so exclusive that even our Board of Directors isn’t allowed to see the source code without wearing a tinfoil hat.

“We realized that Crimson Urchin was missing two things: a total lack of human oversight and a name that sounds like a medical miracle,” said Penny Pushmore, Co-Founder. “With ART-ificial Intelligence Systems by our side, we are finally ready to automate the ‘Urchin Way’—which mostly involves making people uncomfortable for profit.”

Martin “Buzz” McDrag added, while staring intensely at a microwave: “The nameless AI model is currently in a ‘learning phase’—which mostly involves it buying large quantities of copper piping on our corporate credit card.
